Flook are firm favourites at The Met. This BBC Folk Award winning quartet has come a long way since its formation in 1995. The infectious and feverish versatility of their original material puts them at the cutting edge of Anglo-Irish instrumental music.

Ben Walker is an established singer songwriter in his own right. Apart from his guitar and vocal skills he plays an array of varied instruments but is an accomplished Irish Piper and Low Whistler.

Chris Knowles is also a multi-instrumentalist but chiefly features Celtic Harp when working with Ben.
