March’s Emerging Showcase features Eliza Delf & The Wilderness and Bek Jones.

Eliza Delf & The Wilderness

Eliza Delf and the Wilderness

Eliza Delf & The Wilderness are musical free spirits – drawing on the untamed energy of alt-indie, the dark textures of gothic folk noir, and the creative flair of progressive art rock.  Their live performances are described as mesmerising, wildly dramatic, and hauntingly beautiful.

Front and centre is Eliza Delf: a vocalist with a tone all her own – adventurous, warm, and captivating. Her voice is commanding yet instinctive, full of stories and poetic imagination. She’s backed by a band every bit as impressive: Jacob Browne on guitar, Eva Wright on cello (the secret weapon adding both drama and tenderness), Tim Skinner on drums and percussion, with Ethan Mingay providing rhythmic drive on bass. The chemistry is palpable – these aren’t just great musicians, they’re true collaborators, ensuring each song has a distinctive personality of its own.

In 2025 they released their award-winning album Feast – full of songs written in blood and shadows.  They have headlined iconic venues in London, Brighton, Norwich, Cambridge and beyond, as well as performing at festivals such as HowTheLightGetsIn, Harlequin Fayre, Deepdale Music Festival, and Ipswich Music Day.

Bek Jones

Bek Jones is an independent singer-songwriter from Wigan, blending delicate folk storytelling with the strength and soul of classic rock. Inspired by artists like Brandi Carlile and Stevie Nicks, her music moves between intimate acoustic moments and powerful, full-bodied performances.

Having built a strong local following through live shows and original material, Bek has gained support from local radio and BBC Introducing, connecting with audiences through honest songwriting and emotive delivery. She has recently released her debut EP (Rose Tinted Songs).
