This year we are delighted to be supporting Walk The Plank’s Greater Manchester-wide celebration of the Hindu festival of Diwali.

As part of this celebration, Walk The Plank are inviting local people from Bury to try their hand at performance and be part of a filmed story that will be premiered as part of the digital event on Saturday 6 November.

If you are aged 7+ and have a flair for performing, whether in dance or theatre, then this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills. Adults and children with any experience or ability are welcome.

The rehearsal workshop for this project will take place on Sunday 24 October, 2-4pm at The Met. There will then be a filming session on Thursday 29 October, 11am-2pm also at The Met. You do need to be available for both days.
