Rhode Island born singer-songwriter David Olney moved to Nashville in 1973 and formed his band The X-Rays. Since the early 80’s he has toured extensively world-wide and recorded over twenty studio albums. Olney’s songs have been covered by, amongst many others, Johhny Cash, Steve Earle and Emmylou Harris.
To say that Sergio Webb provides accompaniment would be an understatement. Webb’s guitar parts weave in and out of the lyric providing colour and texture and becoming an integral part of the songs themselves.
