Boo Hewerdine presents a songwriters circle with friends and collaborators from throughout his career including Kathryn Williams, Brooks Williams and Findlay Napier.

Boo is widely regarded as a songwriting legend, an artist with a musical CV of international collaborations and hit songs that stretch over twenty five years and many genres.

Mercury Award nominee Kathryn Williams will perform tracks off her new album Hyproxia. Inspired by Sylvia Plath’s Bell Jar, it uses textures she first explored in The Pond but there are surprises to be found too. The dramatic glam rock guitars that suddenly erupt in lead single Mirrors and her deliciously idiosyncratic lyrics and delivery combine with a gentle voice loaded with an underlying edge and steeliness that has never seemed more apposite.

Ranked one of the Top 100 Acoustic Guitarists, singer-songwriter Brooks Williams writes groove-laden songs and delivers them with an easy-going vocal style and monstrous guitar chops. Walking the line between blues and Americana, Williams has worked stages worldwide for over 25 years.

Findlay Napier is one of the most highly-regarded performers and creative forces on the Scottish music scene – thoroughly active and truly energised with a heart-warming zing. His new album, VIP: Very Interesting Persons, contains ten songs about real life characters that have led very interesting lives. The album was co-written and produced by Boo Hewerdine.
