Professional musician and music teacher Mat Walklate hosts a Blues Harp Night. With the help of Italian blues guitar ace, Paolo Fuschi, the evening will begin with a few tunes, then the floor will open to all comers to get up and play in a wide variety of blues styles, both amplified and acoustic.
Mat Walklate fronts two blues bands as a vocalist and harmonica player – Depot Blues and The Moochers. He also plays Irish Traditional music on the flute, harmonica, whistle and uilleann pipes and teaches harmonica both in schools and here at The Met (learn more)
Amps and mics will be provided. There will be a short Q&A session in with Mat during the evening.
