Chumbawamba take to the stage once more to celebrate the release of their new album ABCDEFG. Armed with acoustic guitars, accordion and trumpet, five-part harmonies, a bucketful of attitude, the new songs cover such diverse topics as the wearing of iPods in public places, censorship of music under repressive regimes, the power of the voice and Simon Cowell’s come-uppance.

They are joined on the tour by fellow No Masters artists O’Hooley (Unthanks) and Tidow; dapper-suited gentlewomen with a wryly observant, melancholic and sometimes uncomfortable take on life. The pair create their very own brand of contemporary folk song, with stark and beautiful piano playing. They will be playing songs from their new album, Silent June.
