Amelia’s knife-sharp lyrics and unrivaled eloquence have earned her a reputation as an heir to Leonard Cohen’s songwriting throne. She received her first Juno Award (Canada’s version of The Grammys) for Hunter Hunter in 2010, and a further nomination at the same awards for her second album, Spectators, in 2012.

They Promised You Mercy was released in November 2014.
