The Met is happy to have shared our 2019/2020 Annual Report with our friends, supporters and sponsors. Putting together the report is a great opportunity for us to stop and reflect. We’re delighted with so much of the progress we’ve made as an organisation since 2019. We’re developing our workshop offer, presenting a record number of events and welcoming a huge 34,000 people to our venue. We’ve watched our audience grow and our organisation become more embedded in our community.
Despite the start of the global pandemic, our year to the end of March 2020 allowed us to programme a fantastic programme and welcome audiences into the venue and online.
We’re happy to share this Annual Report with anyone interested in the ongoing success and future of The Met and the arts in Bury. We can see already how work in 2019/2020 is influencing further improvements and success in 2021 and beyond. There’ll be more reporting to share soon.
