Spotted that something’s a bit different round here? Yes, we’ve got a brand new website!
Our old familiar website has served us well but we’ve retired it in favour of a shiny new site with lovely big images which make it easy on the eye, as well as having a load of new functionality. All in all it should be easier to use and give you a better experience.
Hand in hand with the new website is a brand new ticketing system.
This means you might have to reset your password when you first log in, if you already have account. But it’ll be so much better for you to use. Here’s some more detail on some of the new features you’ll find:
Once you’ve set yourself with a password in the new system you’ll be able to manage you own account online. So you can change your contact details and contact preferences and view past orders.
Print at Home tickets
At checkout you will be offered a new option to print your tickets at home, which will email the tickets to you. These can be used in the same way as a traditional ticket.
Your payment details can be securely stored
You will have the option to save a payment card on the system, so that it’ll remember you next time for speedier transactions in future. You won’t have to fill out your card details each and every time you want to buy tickets.
We can now make tailored suggestions of other events, so you can more easily spot things you’d love. We can also make relevant offers as part of the online booking process, such as ticket discounts, cafe deals and members will be able to use special codes for priority booking.
If you love your social media, you’ll enjoy the option to share your booking with your networks. So you can shout about the fun stuff you’re up to, and get your friends to come along too.
