We’re very proud to announce that David Agnew, The Met’s Artistic Director, has been chosen to be part of the WOMEX 2024 Showcase Jury. David will be one of seven people selecting from artist proposals from all over the world for this incredible event coming to Manchester this October.

WOMEX (Worldwide Music Expo) is the world’s largest non mainstream music industry showcase. It promotes the global music industry and provides a platform for artists to connect, inspire and share experiences.

David says: “It’s a privilege to be invited as a jury member for WOMEX. I’ve attended WOMEX many times and made great new discoveries and collaborations. Its incredible to have the world come to Manchester this year with this inspirational event!”
