In this acclaimed one-person play, writer/performer Noah Wild pieces together the lives of his grandparents Marlene and Harold, who grew up and met in Bury during the 1950s.
While hoping to reconnect with his ex-girlfriend, Noah discovers a dusty box of diaries and letters in his attic. Hidden inside is the forgotten story of his grandparent’s marriage. From Frank Sinatra and amateur cricket to burnt letters and unspoken loss, family history entwines with messy, youthful heartbreak. We’ll remember those we have loved and lost and celebrate how joyful remembering them can be.
