Belle Roscoe is Australian sibling duo, Matty and Julia Gurry, whose harmony-driven folk/rock/americana sound has drawn comparisons to Fleetwood Mac and The Black Keys.
For over more than a decade, the duo has performed to audiences exceeding 150,000 in a single year, closed the Cannes Film Festival and represented Australia at World Expos in Dubai and Osaka. Their live history includes sold-out UK and European shows, festivals like Isle of Wight and Black Deer, headline dates at London’s O2 Arena, New York’s Bowery Electric and LA’s United Artists Theatre plus a 24-date Japan tour in 2025.
Their collaborators read like a who’s-who of American roots music: Grammy-winning producer Matt Ross-Spang (Jason Isbell, Margo Price, Calexico) and engineer Andrija Tokic (Alabama Shakes, Phosphorescent) at Nashville’s The Bomb Shelter and, from a chance studio encounter at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, legendary session players including guitarist Will McFarlane, bassist Bob “The Swamper” Ray, drummer Chad Gamble from Jason Isbell’s 400 Unit, produced by Jimmy Nutt, including a chance encounter with Elvis Presley’s bassist, Norbert Putnam.
Belle Roscoe is releasing a new EP, Talking to the Walrus, in 2026, featuring performance-forward, live-to-tape recordings that capture the immediacy of their sound.
