Elle Riley is a Communications Officer at Manchester City Council, with a background in community engagement, youth work, and communications.

She has experience working with young people and partners to deliver inclusive and accessible programmes, alongside skills in events, digital content, and stakeholder engagement.

She has a long-standing passion for theatre, developed through her involvement in youth theatre in Liverpool, performing arts training, and mentoring.

Now based in Bury, Elle is motivated to support The Met’s vision of being an inclusive and accessible cultural space for the whole community, bringing a collaborative approach and strong communication skills.

As a first-time trustee, she is enthusiastic about contributing to board discussions and supporting the organisation’s continued success.
