Dan Powers is the manager of The Met’s Recording Studio.
He joined in 2022 and is responsible for the operations and upkeep of The Met’s professional audio facility. This includes running recording sessions in the studio itself, and developing interesting new opportunities for its use.
Dan has worked in audio production and production management for over twenty years, for festivals, theatre, and in recording studios in the north-west of England.
Outside of work, Dan’s interests currently include burger appreciation, general tech nerdery, and ongoing domestic budgetary juggling in the face of a fascistic authority and a torn social fabric.
