Singer-songwriter/harpist Anna McLuckie grew up in Edinburgh, meeting her band whilst studying in Manchester. Their unique sound has been described as “hauntingly beautiful” and “utterly captivating”.

Playing festivals such as Greenman, Shambala and Kendal Calling and venues from Rockwood Music Hall in New York, to a living room tour of Germany, the band have been leaving their nu- folk mark all over the world.

Their latest single Red Sun was recorded and mixed at Blueprint Studios with Tim Thomas and they are currently working on a big release together in 2020.

Please note the early ‘tea time’ start for this gig. As part of Independent Venue Week we want to help people discover new artists, as well as established ones. So if you’ve got tickets for Richard Hawley at 8pm, you can also enjoy Anna McLuckie beforehand, without missing Richard’s support act Studio Electrophonique. Buy tickets for both gigs and save £4. Anna McLuckie is an all-ages gig, with discounted tickets for under 21s. Under 14s are to be accompanied by an adult.
