Shane Meadows’ feature film This Is England was released in 2007 to critical acclaim, and quickly made Lol, Woody, Shaun and the gang household names. This was followed up with the four-part television series This is England ’86, co-written by Jack Thorne, which aired on Channel 4 in 2010, and This Is England ’88 a year later in December 2011. Five years later and 2015 saw the transmission of This Is England ’90, the final chapter in a decade of the landmark This Is England story.
This will be followed by a Q&A with Andrew Shim (Milky) and Andy Ellis (Gadget).
Keep the party going with the club night, buy tickets for both for £15.
