Live on stage the writer and creator of BBC One’s Comedy Playhouse Hospital People, Tom Binns.

He is also an award-winning and critical acclaimed character comedian working the International Comedy Festivals and the UK Stand Up Comedy Circuit. He’s arguably earned more five-star reviews than any other comedian.

He’s been nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award, MySpace Comedy Award and Perth Fringe Comedy Award (twice). He’s a ‘Fosters Comedy God’, he’s won Best International Act at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival, Adelaide Fringe (twice), Nottingham Comedy Festival and 3 Sony Gold Awards. He’s also Midlands Comedian of the Year.

He’s been in BBC Shows Alan Partridge, Lee and Herring, Friday/Saturday Night Armistice and Channel 4 shows IT Crowd and Drifters and the film Going to Mecca.

The evening will be compered by Nina Gilligan.
