Victoria joined The Met in 2005 as Marketing Manager, then progressing to Deputy Director. She became The Met’s first female Chief Executive in December 2014. As strategic and financial lead, her role manages the whole business and is responsible for making sure The Met works operationally and financially. Victoria is also a trustee and director sits on the organisation’s board.

Locally, Victoria is Chair of the Bury Business Improvement District and a member of the Town Centre Advisory Board. Regionally, she is part of the Greater Manchester Music commission, and a member of the Greater Manchester Night Time Economy Taskforce.
